Examination of School Principals' Use of Technology and İndividual İnnovation Behavior from the Perspectives of Female Teachers

Concepts related to information and communication technologies such as technological use and individual innovation have recently become important concepts used to increase the effectiveness of education. Therefore, this study aimed to examine school principals' technology use and individual innovative behavior from the point of view of female teachers. Qualitative research method and the phenomenology pattern were used in the research. 20 female teachers participated in the study. The data obtained through interviews were analyzed with content analysis. The main themes reached were determined as "technological targets", "pioneering behaviors", “non-innovative behaviors ", "creative behaviors", "traditionalist behaviors", "encouraging behaviors".
