Submission Guidelines

Manuscript Preparation

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished manuscripts that make a significant contribution to the field of educational technology and related disciplines.

Submitted manuscripts must not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

All manuscripts should be prepared in accordance with the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (APA), 7th Edition.

The journal accepts manuscripts written in English.

Manuscript Structure

Research articles should generally include the following sections:

  • Title Page
  • Abstract
  • Keywords
  • Introduction
  • Method
  • Results
  • Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • References
  • Appendices (if applicable)

Alternative structures may be appropriate for review articles, theoretical papers, methodological studies, and other article types.

The manuscript title should:

  • Clearly reflect the content of the study.
  • Be concise and informative.
  • Preferably not exceed 15 words.

Abstract and Keywords

Each manuscript should include:

  • An abstract of no more than 250 words.
  • 3 to 5 keywords that accurately represent the study.

The abstract should briefly describe:

  • Purpose of the study
  • Methodology

  • Main conclusions

Manuscript Length

Research articles should normally not exceed 8,000 words, including tables, figures, references, and appendices. However, manuscripts reporting qualitative research, mixed methods studies, or other methodologically complex investigations may exceed this limit and contain up to 10,000 words when justified by the scope of the study and approved by the editors.

Longer manuscripts may be considered if their length is justified by the scope and significance of the contribution.
