Revenue Sources

The Malaysian Online Journal of Educational Technology (MOJET) is published by Bilge Academic Publishing as an independent, fully open access scholarly journal.

The journal does not generate revenue through manuscript submission fees, editorial processing fees, Article Processing Charges (APCs), subscriptions, advertising, the sale of reprints, or pay-per-view access. Authors and readers may publish in and access the journal free of charge.

The costs associated with editorial management, peer review administration, website maintenance, DOI registration, digital preservation, indexing support, and online publication are covered by the publisher as part of its commitment to supporting open and accessible scholarly communication.

Editorial decisions are made independently of the journal's financial model. Manuscripts are evaluated solely on the basis of their scholarly merit, originality, methodological rigor, ethical integrity, and relevance to the journal's aims and scope. Financial considerations play no role in manuscript handling, peer review, editorial decision making, acceptance, or publication.
